About Me
Hello and Welcome,
My name is Marcia, and I am passionate about people, spaces and transformation. I am a lover of Nature, I believe in Love & Self-healing.
I nourish human adult development through Integral Coaching, holding the space for leaders to flourish, nurturing their soil with my presence.
I work with stories and narratives, inviting clients into a new way of being, in which they find ~ in time ~ more ease, joy and relaxation to navigate the world’s complexities.
My specialties
I am a certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West. I am trained in Vertical Development with experience in different stage development theories & frameworks, and Polarity Wisdom™ for personal transformation, leadership development and organizational change.
I hold certifications on assessments for individuals and organizations. They are the Spiritual Intelligence Assessment ~ SQ21™, by Deep Change, Inc., and the Conscious Business Assessment ~ CBA®, by Humanizadas.
I also make use of the Enneagram Wisdom ~ a path that unites both psychological and spiritual growth for nine personality types in a developmental way ~ and a set of different potent resources that I chose from, to meet you where you are in your developmental path.
I have worked in the field of projects all my professional life, leading & following people, inspiring and being inspired by them.
I hold a PMP® credential from the Project Management Institute.

An Integral Coaching cycle consists of 10 to 12 one hour online sessions every other week.
We will work in collaboration. By being present to you, I'll gently take you in, and design a program that fits your needs.

Spiritual Intelligence Development
Spiritual Intelligence is one of our many lines of development.
You may consider yourself spiritual, yet not religious. You may describe yourself as skeptical or an atheist. You may have a religion of choice and be a follower.
All these possibilities ~ as well as others ~ allow you to engage in SQ Development with me, simply because the approach I use is faith neutral. It is also faith friendly and science friendly.
I work with a model of 21 Skills that helps you expand your consciousness and spiritual awareness. You also become more aware of your body, senses, emotions, thoughts and relationships, for SQ enhances all our capacities.

Paths to Healing
Nature, as a place, is a Temple. As a being, She is wise.
We are Nature.
Nature is where I go in search for the Sacred, where I breathe the world's beauty and nourish my spirit to come back into everyday life more centered, generous, effective, compassionate and a little wiser.
This is an ongoing journey.

Art has been a part of my life ever since I was a child. Today expressing myself artistically, through my drawings and paintings, as well as through my writings, is also a spiritual and healing practice.
